I have a merchant account with Paytm. Can I use the same account to refer to my clients?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. You will have to create a separate Paytm Partner account with us.

What will be the payout cycle of the commission amount?

We process incentives on a monthly basis

(i) Every month, we will calculate incentives based on your plan and inform you about the same over email.

(ii) You are required to raise an Invoice to us for the Incentive amount.

(iii) Your incentive will be processed into your bank account after you submit an undisputed invoice
