Registering a Concern:
  • Upon raising a concern, the requester will receive an immediate automated acknowledgment, along with a unique reference number to track the progress of the concern.
  • The Merchant Helpdesk Team will provide an initial response or acknowledgment within 24 to 48 working hours of receiving the concern. This response may include the resolution or an update indicating that additional time is needed to further investigate the issue
  • If the concern remains unresolved or the requester is not satisfied with the resolution, they may escalate the issue in accordance with our Paytm Payments Grievance Policy.
